Beyond the city

Destination Weddings

When the venue has no kitchen, no power and no walls, the plan has to carry everything.

Destination work is production before it is design. A lawn three hours outside the city has beauty and nothing else — no service kitchen, no reliable power, no green room, no shelter if the weather turns.

The experience

We build all of it. Generators and distribution, a full field kitchen with cold chain, guest transport in convoy, accommodation blocks, weather contingency structures and a crew that sleeps on site.

Families choose destination weddings for intimacy. Our job is to make that intimacy feel effortless while forty people work quietly behind the tree line.

Signature highlights

01

Site survey & build plan

Power, water, access, drainage and weather exposure assessed in person before anything is promised.

02

Field kitchen

A complete cold chain and cooking line built on site, run by our own chefs — no reheated outside catering.

03

Guest logistics

Transport convoys, arrival timing, room allocation and welcome hampers coordinated end to end.

04

Weather contingency

A funded, drawn Plan B for every outdoor function, decided by a stated cut-off time — not on the night.

Three hours out of Lahore, no kitchen, no power. They built all of it and the food came out hotter than at our hotel walima.

Destination Weddings,answered.

Routinely across Punjab, and further for full-week commissions. Beyond three hours we build in an additional production day.

Our own kitchen brigade, on a field line we build ourselves, with refrigerated transport for the cold chain.

Every outdoor function carries a drawn and costed covered alternative with a decision cut-off, agreed in writing weeks before.

Common questions, answered plainly

What destination weddings involves

What is destination weddings at Anayat Events?

A destination wedding is one produced at a venue with no permanent infrastructure — no service kitchen, no reliable power, sometimes no walls — so the plan has to bring the venue with it.

Who is destination weddings suited to?

Couples marrying on land outside the city: a family farm, a lawn, an estate or a location chosen for the view rather than the facilities.

How does destination weddings work in practice?

We survey the site first, then build the plan around it: a field kitchen, power and water, guest transport and arrival timing, and a written weather contingency before any design is discussed.

When should destination weddings be booked?

Earlier than a city wedding. Site surveys, permissions and transport logistics need time that a hotel ballroom does not.
