Elevations drawn at eye level, cut in our own workshop, test-assembled in the yard and finished before it travels. Joints nobody will ever see are still square.

Sourced at dawn, conditioned in a cold room, installed from the top of the set downwards. No stem is cut more than eighteen hours before a guest sees it, and the bench returns at first light to replace whatever the heat argued with.

Faces first, set second. A gaffer walks every room with a meter, aiming fixtures at standing height and grading colour temperature to the hour the ceremony actually begins.

Menus cooked, eaten, argued over and re-cooked before they are offered. Service rehearsed to the written order of service so hot food arrives hot, together, at the right moment in the evening.

Linen pressed on site, tables shimmed level on grass, cutlery polished twice, candle heights set so nobody is looking through a flame at the person opposite them.

Coverage measured seat by seat rather than pointed at a crowd. A nikah should be audible in the last row without the first row flinching, and a dhol should arrive as a feeling rather than a volume.

The route from car door to chair is designed as carefully as the stage: lit, level, shaded or warmed, staffed with people briefed by name on who needs helping.
